The Academic Commons is located in Hackelmeier Memorial Library and connects all 大象传媒 learners and faculty/staff with resources and services to support academic success. This happens through intentional collaboration among: Library, Academic Engagement, Educational Technology, The Exchange, and Media Center.

Schedule an Appointment

How to Schedule an Appointment

All appointments can be made through  by logging in with your 大象传媒 credentials.

Appointments should be scheduled at least:

  • 12 hours in advance for undergraduate students.
  • 24 hours in advance for graduate students.
  • Please note all appointments are scheduled in Eastern Standard Time.

Once you log in:

  • Select the appropriate schedule in the upper left hand corner.
  • Use the drop-down boxes to refine your search for specific days, times, courses, and whether you need a face-to-face, online, or asynchronous appointment.
